As all pieces are hand made, once the order is placed please allow up to 2 weeks until you receive your order. 

Shipping to the UK is estimated at 3-5 working days with Royal Mail. 

Shipping to the US is estimated at 5-7 working days with Royal Mail.

What countries do you ship to? 

Currently we only ship in the U.K and the U.S via Royal Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping cost is £1.99 

US shipping cost is £12.99

Do you customise sizes? 

Currently sizes on the website range from S-L but it is possible to get larger sizes made. Please DM SweeTease_ on Instagram and we will be more than happy to meet any of your needs. 

My item doesn’t fit, how do I go about exchanging it?

In the event that your item does not fit you right, please send me an email via the contact page and you will be directed on what to do within the response. Please note all items MUST be returned in the condition they were shipped in order to obtain a refund. refund or exchange requests must be done with 28 days of purchase.

How can I pay?

Currently the SweeTease website only accepts payment via PayPal. This is to protect both parties.
